You have 1 business day to cancel as orders are usually packed the day after they were placed. Otherwise I do not refund orders.
If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.
– What if I purchase a pre-order item? –
Pre-order items take longer to ship. Depending on how long it takes for a design to get funded, it can take anywhere from 1-3 months. For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.
– There is a problem with a pin/my order? –
A DM on Instagram may be missed as I receive so many a day, so for efficiency and records please send me an email at email@example.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.
Once the package is in the hands of PostNL I have no control over how they treat the package and how they ship it. It is not my fault if it gets lost, or arrives damaged. I double check my pins for quality and package them safely.
I am not responsible for refunds if a package gets lost or damaged, however I will work with you to try and resolve the issues for all parties.
