– My package isn’t here, what do I do?! –
Please contact your local post office first!
Once the package leaves my hands and is in PostNL’s possession, I no longer have any control over the package. Packages by default do not have tracking, but it is available during checkout.
PostNL often states that a package was delivered on a certain day, and the package will actually arrive in the day after, so please wait before sending an email!
Also, there may have been an issue in the provided address, the post is holding onto it, or it may have been delivered to the wrong place.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will resend it as long as shipping fee is paid for again
– Which shipping options are available? –
All orders will be shipped (untracked) from the Netherlands using PostNL. Domestic orders should arrive within 24 hours, while international orders can take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination.
Tracking is available for a different price during checkout.
I am NOT responsible for customs fees and will not provide refunds or payment to cover any fees. I cannot control what your country chooses to do.
I also do not set the shipping fees. These fees are set by PostNL and they are out of my control.
– How long until my order is shipped? –
Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days! However when there are large influxes of orders, emergencies or holidays, there might be a slight delay in shipping time! Thank you for understanding
